• If you are going to be late, notify us at 320-308-2151 as soon as possible.

• If you miss scheduled 任命s, or excessively cancel 任命s within an hour of the 任命 time, you may not be permitted to schedule 任命s.

No show/late cancellation for 任命s or interviews with employers

• All cancellations must be completed 24 hours in advance of the scheduled interview. C和idates who cancel in less than 24 hours (or do not show up), will be required to write a letter of apology to the interviewer.
• 访问 握手 will be withdrawn until the letter is written 和 a copy sent to the 职业中心. Access will be re-established once the letter has been sent.
• A second violation will result in the termination of access until the c和idate has met with a designated 职业中心 staff member.
• Last-minute cancellations of 任命s or "no-shows" are highly unprofessional. 雇主 leave with a negative impression of the c和idate 和 our university, it denies another student the opportunity to meet with that recruiter.  
• We know that occasionally a short-notice cancellation is necessary.  If explained in a note to the recruiter, they will underst和. 它是 从来没有 可接受的 to just not show up for an interview.
• We aim to be respectful of our employers’ time, of the students who want to interview with these employers.
